  • Reduction of budgetary needs thanks to decrease in abandoned wells and alternate of impact assessment until 2006 : 209.1 billion won
    • Alternate of impact assessment : 9.6 billion won(1,067 districts)
    • Budget reduction thanks to decrease of abandoned wells : 199.5 billion won(9,068 districts)
